Late Friday night, a woman named Kathleen Jenkins made a startling claim on Twitter.
Responding to a tweet that Bobette Riales had posted in 2017, Jenkins said that she too had been raped by Danny Masterson and had been too afraid to talk about it.
We spoke with Jenkins yesterday, and she said that she had been completely unaware that there had been other women making allegations against Masterson until this week.
“I still work in film, and I just work all day and come home and I don’t really read the news,” she says. But last month, a niece called her from a bar saying that she suspected she’d been “roofied” — that someone had put a “date rape” drug in her drink.
“She was with her friends and so it was all right,” Jenkins says, but it got her thinking about something she had remembered happening to her more than 20 years ago.
This week, she says, she entered Danny Masterson’s name in a search engine for the first time, and she was stunned to see all of the news stories about rape allegations against him.
Masterson is awaiting trial that could put him in prison for 45 years to life if he’s found guilty of violently raping three women in incidents that happened between 2001 and 2003. Masterson has said he’s innocent of the charges, and he’s being represented by defense attorney Tom Mesereau.
We first broke the news in 2017 that the three women had gone to the LAPD with their allegations, and since then we reported that a total of seven women had been interviewed in the investigation.
In her charging papers, former Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey indicated that besides the three women whose allegations she was charging Masterson under, there were two additional women whose allegations were not being included. One of them was Riales, and the other woman’s allegations were from 1996.
Jenkins now comes forward with new allegations and says she was not only unaware that Masterson was being accused by other women, she was still unfamiliar with the details of those allegations when we spoke to her yesterday. She had no idea that the story she told us was remarkably like what Chrissie Carnell Bixler, Jane Doe 1, and Jane Doe 2 said in open court at Masterson’s preliminary hearing in Los Angeles in May.
Originally from Ireland, Jenkins says she had been working in film since 1999 and was in her early 30s in Toronto in the year 2000 when she landed a job as an assistant property master on Jennifer Lopez’s film Angel Eyes.
After the production had finished filming, the crew was invited to a “wrap party” at the Sutton Place Hotel, and Kathleen and her husband reserved a room at the hotel so they wouldn’t have to go home after the party. Coincidentally, another film crew was also celebrating there that night. Jenkins says she spotted Gerard Butler, who invited her and others up to his suite, where he and other members of the cast of Dracula 2000 were also having a party of some kind.
“I was so new to the film industry. So star struck,” she says.
Jenkins went to Butler’s suite along with her husband at the time and his two daughters, who were teenagers. Also at the party were Dracula 2000 cast members Omar Eps and Danny Masterson.
While her husband was out on the balcony, Jenkins remember that it was Masterson who was chatting her up and offered her a drink.
The next thing she remembered was waking up in a hotel room in terrible pain.
“Severe pain in both the vaginal and anal areas,” she said when we told her that we had to be specific.
“I remember the next morning walking out of their hotel room and my 16-year-old stepdaughter was walking out of another hotel room at the same time. I assumed the same thing had happened to her, and she didn’t want to talk about it. But we were both in a lot of pain,” she says. “We both came out at the same time. That is so vivid. It was the strangest thing. I’d never been drugged before.”
She kept her husband in the dark, telling us she was too ashamed to tell him what she remembered.
“When I got back to our hotel room he was still sleeping so I just went to bed and when we got up I didn’t mention it. He had no idea I wasn’t even there all night. On the drive home he commented that I didn’t look or sound well, but I was too embarrassed to say anything at the time,” she says. “He had left the party initially thinking I had already left and then just passed out when he got to our hotel room. His daughters had their own room.”
Then, she says, some time later she actually watched Dracula 2000.
“I saw Danny’s face on the screen, and I instantly had a panic attack. I just lost it,” she says. “Over the next little while some things were coming back. What I assume happened was that he had put a date rape drug in my drink. It’s probably why I blacked out. I know he and perhaps others raped me.”
When her husband asked her why she had broken down, she couldn’t bring herself to tell him about it. But she did years later.
Then, this week, she happened across the 2017 tweet by Bobette Riales, and she was stunned.
“I had never really done any research on Danny before,” she says. Then she did a search and was shocked by what came up.
Today, she’s still in film, in production accounting, and she’s no longer with her husband, but they remain friends. She’s been unable to form new relationships, she says.
“I can’t be comfortable with males anymore. I really can’t have a relationship,” she says.
Jenkins says that although she is now aware that Danny is facing criminal charges for raping other women and in a similar period of time, she was not aware of the specific allegations that were made by Bixler, Jane Doe 1, and Jane Doe 2 in court testimony. In the preliminary hearing in May, all three women testified to being raped violently, and also testified about feeling drugged. Jenkins was unaware of that when she told us her account.
We sent a detailed message to Tom Mesereau yesterday with Jenkins’ allegations and asked for a response from Masterson. We’ll let you know if they get back to us.

“Everybody is a southpaw earlier on the track, and they’ve shifted over in desperation to the right hand. Well, this southpaw in space opera came about — para-Scientology — came about where the individual carried his gun on the left-hand side of the body and drew it and used it with the left hand (the blaster and so forth). And you’ll find that people are very, very unwilling to use their left hands. They just don’t want to — don’t want to use that left hand and — because it kills people. Just as simple as that. And when people get killed their emotional kickback and so forth, is telegraphed through on the back blast and it makes one feel bad and one goes on down Tone Scale on a — on the overt act-motivator mechanism.” — L. Ron Hubbard, October 17, 1953

“The barometer in this area is known to go from very low to very high within 5 days. Hurricanes seldom come here and usually reach only 60 to 85 mph winds. We are in a “moving depression” that isn’t moving. The ship is quite safe where she is. Only ‘Moderate to fresh winds gusting strong’ and ‘Rain’ is forecast for where we are. Golly that glass got low!” — The Commodore, October 17, 1970

“The last thing I expected to come up in my solo session today was covid. I can’t go into too much detail, because you all will think I am crazy, but I contacted an entity that claimed ownership of the creation (covid is the creation I mean). The story is it was a master plan created before the physical universe, long before, and set up as a solution for over population in the future. Apparently the covid gets set off when the population of a planet is too high. So while the Chinese are blaming our military, and the US is blaming China, according to my reading E-meter data no one has spotted this as the true third party. Whenever there is a conflict that doesn’t sort out with communication, there is a 3rd party unknown and present that is keeping it persisting. So relax, some covid is returning to its creator, who is tired of people dying. And there are so many copies of the covid, it will still appear to be around for awhile. But this certainly is an assist.”

2000: Keith Henson posted a document he filed in his criminal case, in which he is accused of making bomb threats against Scientology’s Gold Base. The affidavit describes an incident in which a Scientology PI attempted to run him over with a car. “On July 2, Scientology assigned Edwin Richardson and Frank Petty to harass me while picketing. They chased me across Highway 79 several times. I stopped a number of cars and asked that they call 911. Tape of this incident was later shown to the Highway Patrol who concluded that I was trying to escape from Richardson and Petty and not jaywalking. I have a number of tapes which I made of them verbally abusing me, making implied death threats and threats against my daughter. A transcript of one of those tapes and the tape itself was turned over to Lt. Tony Greer at the Hemet Sheriff’s station.”

“I’m still amazed considering the subject of this forum when I read folks wondering about the efficacy of homeopathy, naturopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic medicine etc. People, assume everything’s a scam or magical thinking and work it back from there.”
