Remember Liz Gale from Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath? We first wrote about Liz here at the Bunker in 2016, and her incredible story not only of growing up a third-generation Scientologist, but what it was like to watch her brother Philip Gale become a child prodigy, a genius in mathematics, who threw himself off a building at MIT on L. Ron Hubbard’s birthday in 1998.
As if it weren’t hard enough to deal with her brother’s suicide, Liz constantly had to deal with the demands of her mother, the “most dedicated Scientologist I knew,” she said.
Liz appeared on Leah’s second season. Her episode aired on August 29, 2017, and it was a memorable one. (You can see it now at Netflix.)
Well, she let us know that she still has more to say about Scientology, and she’s been doing it at TikTok. She says that her video on the children’s sec check has already garnered more than 65,000 views, so she’s off to a good start.

1999: Jim Beebe posted an announcement to a.r.s this week that the files of the original Cult Awareness Network have been turned over to Scientology. “Scientology took over the CAN Files on May 3rd, last Monday. The storage Facility Mgr. gave me a brief report. The man who so skillfully used the Church of Scientology’s tax-exempt money to destroy the Cult Awareness Network, Kendrick Moxon, flew in for this auspicious event and was taking pictures and beside himself with glee. I thanked the Storage facility who went out of their way for CAN and actually contacted their own attorneys in an attempt to prevent this.”

— Jay and Jeff Spina, Medicare fraud: Jay sentenced to 9 years in prison. Jeff’s sentencing to be scheduled.
— Rizza Islam and other family members, Medi-Cal fraud: Pretrial conference May 20 in Los Angeles
— Joseph ‘Ben’ Barton, Medicare fraud: Pleaded guilty, awaiting sentencing.
