Wow, Scientology is springing out of the pandemic with exuberance!
We’ve featured a lot of Scientology propaganda over the years. The church sends it out by the ton through the mails and also clogs inboxes with mailers and fliers via email.
But we have never seen anything like this. The minions in LA are apparently itching to light a fire under the celebrity movers and shakers in Hollywood, and decided to throw everything and the kitchen sink at them.
Thankfully for us, one of the talented Hollywood folks on that email list forwarded to us the gigantic message they received this week. Look upon it and be amazed!
(Yes, this was all in one email, and we’ve simply cut and paste it to fit in your browser.)
And finally, the email concludes with reassurances that the recipient is a really big deal.
Hip, hip, hooray for Hollywood!

Sign up for a daily email when we post a new story on Scientology.
Did you know you can get an email every morning when we post our daily Scientology story? We know some of the folks who come to the Underground Bunker aren’t here to talk about the politics of the day, and that’s why we created a daily politics feature over at our other blog, The Lowdown, and we ask readers to take their political discussions over there. And if you drop us a line at tonyo94 AT gmail, we’ll put you on the list so you get a morning reminder that a new Scientology story has been posted — and only for our Scientology stories.

“The person who is suppressing thetans has an invisible field. He has a total nothingness involved and other types of suppression. So you’ll have suppression of visible things, suppression of invisible things, suppression of matter, energy, space, time. You get suppression of almost anything you can think of. And anytime you suppress anything in a certain time stream, you, of course, are also suppressing time. So time becomes the primary suppression. And therefore, you get the instantaneous quality of the reactive bank, so that all time is now in the reactive bank because of the suppression of the reactive bank. And that is simply not-isness in the reactive bank.” — L. Ron Hubbard, March 19, 1962

“THIS PORT: The Charterers play this port in lower key without press as press is restrained here. Otherwise it’s all as in PRO cruise.” — The Commodore, March 19, 1970

“I have trouble sometimes wondering why many people who became Scientologists did so. LRH observed on the Apollo that most of the people there had little understanding of Scientology and ordered everyone to go to the courseroom and study 2 basic books. The ranks of such cesspits as ESMB are filled with people who barely knew anything about the subject who became disillusioned when they didn’t suddenly become magically all-powerful. For a vast portion of the population, TRs are far too steep a gradient. ARC straitwire is too arduous for them. It is a work for many lifetimes.”
2000: Louise Cook protested in Canberra, Australia. “Two of us celebrated LRH’s birthday by picketing the Canberra org. We had two signs and four different kinds of flyers. I was handing out $cientology – Insane Cult, and $cientology’s founder: Con Man. Many people requested all information available and we pointed many to the web. We had the usual community support, some asking us why we were there and stopping to talk and others congratulating and encouraging us. I stood on the corner for a while shouting ‘L. Ron Hubbard went to Venus and almost got run over by a steam train, read about it here’ and ‘Find out about Xenu, Scientology’s evil galactic warlord here’. I sounded like a paper crier, and am very loud so we got a lot of attention. I met a long lost friend outside the org, and he joined in, telling Lara and Jeanette Lang what a bunch of ugly losers they were, that they were uneducated stupid people and the like. We ended our picket with a promenade around town with the signs. A lot of people approached and asked for more info, and when we were crossing the road, someone yelled at us from a car for some flyers, and told me they were a bunch of crooks, and ‘Good on you for doing something about it’, which summed up the general response to the recent pickets.'”

“I love a good yodel. I think I’m going to have to upload some yodeling vids here shortly. I found some good ones by Nina Hagen and Jewel. I’ll let the people decide democratically.”
