One sure sign a new Scientology ‘Ideal Org’ is on the way: the Central Files mayhem

ODD, an upcoming “Ideal Org” slated for Mexico City, has started its Central Files project and it threatens to bury Scientologists under towers of paper folders.

Starting “CF” is the best way to tell that a Scientology Ideal Org is serious about being almost ready to open. Scientology keeps a folder for everybody who has made contact with the org, and per L. Ron Hubbard’s policies it’s all kept on paper. There is a computerized mailing system, known as “Addresso” but Hubbard was quite clear in his policies about CF and so Scientology will keep these huge filing rooms forever — the policy can never be changed.

ODD stands for Organización Desarrollo Dianética, and it is undergoing renovation for its eventual grand opening. Scientologists are being told that when it opens, Mexico City will be the first to have two Ideal Orgs. That should come as a surprise to Los Angeles (LA org and Inglewood) and New York (New York org and Harlem). It would be the first with three Ideal Orgs if OCD (Organización Cultural Dianética) ever completes its project. ODD and OCD are always being confused for one another. A source tells us that Scientology leader David Miscavige once thanked OCD in a speech when he meant to thank ODD.

[Nancy Cartwright visited ODD in 2015]

We’ve been tracking ODD’s Ideal Org project since 2015 when the voice of Bart Simpson, Nancy Cartwright, visited for a fundraiser. The 2017 Mexico City earthquake caused some structural damage that set the project back, but we’ve had ODD at the top of our list of Ideal Orgs to open in Latin America for years. Scientology craves balance among its “continents” and there are only two Ideal Orgs in “LATAM” — Mexico City and Bogota. None of the other potential Ideal Orgs in the continent are even close to opening.

Participants in the filing project all receive commendations, ironically creating more work in their ethics files while they struggle with all the towers of paper in CF. The quote from L. Ron Hubbard at the bottom of the page is from HCO POLICY LETTER OF 13 FEBRUARY 1965 Issue II POLITICS and reads (in English) “The group succeeds only by the efforts of individuals who rise above their banks and do their best for their fellows despite the vicious character of groups and the idiot nature of collective-think.” The policy identifies all groups other than Scientology as evil, and proclaims that true democracy can only happen with Scientology.

ODD is holding an Ideal Org event tonight called “End Game.” Will they announce they’re done raising money? We doubt it. They continue to raise money, offering a place on the donor’s plaque for $2,500. Even when they finish the fundraising for the structure, there will be another round of fundraising for furnishings.

“You know girls are pretty high-toned ordinarily. You can never quite tell about a girl. You’re liable to meet her on Wednesday and her name is Elizabeth, and you’re liable to meet her on Monday and her name is Jessie, see. She changes her name very easily. Not only that, they get married and change their names. They do change their names. We do know that. Girl, up to the time she’s seventeen, has been very, very well — nicely known as Clarissa, you see, and she didn’t like that and you meet, next time you meet her she’s twenty-two and she calls herself Butch. There’s no telling what’s going to happen on it. Women do this, probably which accounts for their ability to hold on to a better-looking mock-up than men, because men become factually themselves. At whose assignment?” — L. Ron Hubbard, February 9, 1956

“OT III is an incredible level — of all the gains I got in Scientology, OT III was my biggest one. Better than the L’s. OT III is fantastic. There are only two problems with OT III, either the student can’t audit, or he’s not quite ready for it. And if he does well on OT II, then he should do fine on OT III as OT II is part of one of the major incidents we run on OT III. I hope you know that.”

“The difference is real religions admit their beliefs are based on faith, whereas Scientology claims nothing in it is based on belief or faith, but is based on 100 percent proven scientific fact.”
