There is squirrel tech. In this an auditor runs off beat non-standard processes. We’ve long since handled this. There is squirrel admin. People who have out admin TRs and do not know basic lines add to standard lines or knock them out. We are working to handle this with OEC, FEBC and Admin TRs now being done and further developed. 1996: Scientology has reinstated its suit against Dutch Internet suppliers and Karin Spaink. From Scientology’s press release: “The Religious Technology Center (RTC), holders of certain copyrighted works of the Scientology religion, today refiled its copyright lawsuit against several Dutch Internet access providers including XS4ALL, DDS, Planet Internet and Euronet, and reporter Karin Spaink. Karin Spaink is included as a defendant because, according to the lawsuit, she personally violates RTC’s copyright on the Internet, and has encouraged others to do the same.” Karin Spaink replied to the posting. “I have told your folks time and time again that I am *not* a reporter. You are stubborn indeed. ‘Karin Spaink is included as a defendant because, according to the lawsuit, she personally violates RTC’s copyright on the Internet, and has encouraged others to do the same.’ Liar. It says nothing of the kind in the subpoena. It just states that I am a user.”

— Danny Masterson charged for raping three women: Sentenced to 30 years to life on Sep 7, 2023. Appeal now fully briefed, waiting for 2nd Appellate District court to set a hearing date. Masterson has also submitted a habeas corpus petition.
— ‘Lafayette Ronald Hubbard’ (a/k/a Justin Craig), aggravated assault, plus drug charges: Grand jury indictments include charges from an assault while in custody. Pleaded guilty on Nov 10 to a 17-year prison sentence (eligible for parole in two to three more years). Awaiting transfer to state prison.
— Aaron Matthes charged for SA of child under 12 years old: OT Scientologist facing multiple mandatory life sentences. Next pretrial court hearing set for Feb 2.
Civil litigation:
— Leah Remini v. Scientology, alleging ‘Fair Game’ harassment and defamation: Some defamation claims were removed by Judge Hammock. Judge Hammock’s ruling is on appeal. Leah’s respondent’s brief is due February 11.
