Scientology’s secret weapon to get its clutches on your children

You’ve seen us mention Charlie Wakley numerous times.

The product of a Scientology family, Charlie has emerged as a notable fixture at Scientology’s London Ideal Org. He shows up frequently in the org’s promotional materials and videos. It’s his job to give the impression that Scientology is exploding in popularity in London. It isn’t, but he succeeds, at least, in appearing to be the org’s tireless cheerleader and its mascot.

It was Charlie’s wife, Kate Wakley, who emailed London Scientologists a wild success story written by Isabella Cruise, Tom Cruise’s daughter, about her struggles with learning to be an auditor.

And now Charlie has sent out his own email to the org’s members, and we think you’ll see why it gave us a shiver up the spine.

Hey,

Sorry if this is a bit random but I have become a bit of an expert when it comes to getting kids & youth on the Bridge.

The reason I wanted to let you know is that if you or any Scientologists has children that they may be struggling to introduce to Scientology or get onlines or whatever maybe I can help.

Anyways if you want to know more or have someone this might be useful for let me know?

ML,

Charlie Wakley

Meanwhile, Kate Wakley also sent out an email this week we thought you’d want to see. As our correspondent pointed out, the specific language about Louis Farrakhan and L. Ron Hubbard is interesting…

Hard trials are necessary to establish truth. Grade II I likened to a hard trial, not necessarily because I had withholds and overts that I did not want to confront, but because I had numerous withholds and overts that I didn’t even know existed.

I was literally amazed at how subtle some of the overts that were pulled out were, it literally was like the scales were removed from my eyes, allowing me to clearly see for the first time.

The realisation of just how subtle missed withholds and overts are was a massive win for me, in that it brought to light to the importance of not being judgemental. A quality I actually prided myself on before, but one that took on a whole new meaning.

Thank you to the Honourable Minister Louis Farrakhan for instructing members of the Nation of Islam to study Dianetics and thereby developing in me a wider interest in Scientology and the Tech.

Thank you to the Honourable L. Ron Hubbard for being a man with an aim and purpose, who devoted time and effort to develop technology that could be studied and applied to improve humankind.

Thanks for London Org for their dedication and guidance as always.

– Julie

Grade II? Isn’t that where Scientologists encounter the grueling interrogation known as “the Joburg”?

So, we’re seeing a member of the Nation of Islam thank its leader for introducing her to a brutal questioning dreamed up by the whitest man who ever lived, L. Ron Hubbard, while he was in Africa urging the rightist government to keep the black man down.

How Scientological.

What it’s like to be married to a Scientologist

Keeping on the subject of email, we got a doozy this week from a newer correspondent who’s been filling us in about her struggles with the church. We thought our readers would be interested to see this new message from her, and she agreed to allow us to share it with you…

My husband worked for the Fialkoffs in New York doing these lectures in schools for Foundation for a Drug-Free World. He did this until he went to LA last year to continue his “Bridge.” I remember having discussions with him about the fact that the schools did not know it was a Scientology group, and why didn’t he and the Fialkoffs just say it was Scientology? He just merrily disagreed with me. He also did a lot of the safe pointing with the NYPD.

At the time he was doing this he was traveling back to our home in Washington DC a couple times a month. He was very controlling in our marriage. It was like being in a mini Sea Org for me. I was smoking pot to help with my panic attacks, and he knew nothing of this. I would hide everything, even Tylenol before he would get home from New York. Once I was taking a low dosage of a psych drug which was also used for hot flashes. I forgot to hide it and he flipped out. I didn’t know it was a psych drug, but I would have probably taken it anyway. It was a godsend for getting rid of hot flashes so I could sleep. A lot of medicines have dual purposes. If you say to people that they cannot take psych medicines you are preventing them from getting the full benefit of what they were intended.

I would also order pot online and have it delivered to my home. The District of Columbia didn’t really care about that and it worked for my panic attacks.

So just think: While he was out doing drug-free lectures for the Fialkoffs, his wife was smoking pot and having it delivered to our home.
