On the Scientology calendar, after founder L. Ron Hubbard’s birthday on March 13, the next most holy occasion might be New Year’s Eve. But the odd thing about Scientology’s big New Year’s celebration is that it actually takes place a few weeks earlier at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles so video of it can be shown on December 31 at the other “orgs” around the world.

DANNY MASTERSON ACCUSERS DENIED RIGHT TO TRIAL, FORCED TO ‘RELIGIOUS ARBITRATION’

[Judge Kleifield]

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Steven J. Kleifield, like his colleague Judge Richard Burdge, has found that former Scientologists trying to sue the church over allegations that they were harassed years after they left it have no right to trial because of contracts they signed as members of the organization. In this case, the plaintiffs are rape accusers of Scientology celebrity Danny Masterson who had sued the church and the That ’70s Show actor over what they claim was a campaign of stalking and libel since they came forward with their sexual assault allegations.

There have been many startling disclosures about what actually happens inside Scientology over the years.
