But once in a while we feel compelled to pay attention to a Scientology skewering, and this is one of those times. Continue reading Thetan-tastic: Alan Arkin and Michael Douglas skewer Scientology on ‘The Kominsky Method’
[‘Family Ties’ stars Justine Bateman, Michael J. Fox, and Tina Yothers, 1985]A once-dormant Scientology front group is making a resurgence. This month Friends of Narconon launched a new Twitter account, and they’re making the remarkable claim that their educational program is endorsed by SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The agency is a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and is responsible for improving the quality and availability of treatment and rehabilitative services, including drug rehab programs. Continue reading A Scientology front group that duped celebrities for Narconon: It’s baaaack!

[Dave, still wearing the wedding ring.]Last night, Scientology posted its photos from its 2019 IAS event that was held a week ago at Saint Hill Manor in East Grinstead, England. [Renee Bessone and Jonathan Lockwood at a Ulan Nutritional Systems symposium]The Scientologist-led Conscience Coalition is continuing its anti-vaxx agenda despite losing the battle in California over SB 276, which made it more difficult for doctors to lie about their patients’ condition to get a medical exemption from required school vaccinations. Other bills are being introduced to increase vaccination rates including the Vaccinate All Children Act (H.R. 2527). Continue reading Scientologist anti-vaxx group fundraises on the idea its big California loss was a win

And we’ve also wondered where Masterson is at the moment and whether process servers will have a difficult time finding him. Continue reading Let’s help Scientology actor Danny Masterson name his new wine venture
