One of our tipsters forwarded to us a great discovery for the lovelorn, and we wanted to share it with you.
Are you lonely? Still looking for that special someone? Despite the fact that you’re a quadrillion-year-old immortal being who has engaged in every kind of polyamorous arrangement known in the galaxy over your countless lifetimes of adventure, you may find yourself unable, in PT (present time), to find that perfect thetan to shack up with.
What to do?
Well, we’re stunned to learn that you can hand out copies of Scientology’s guide to anodyne life advice, The Way to Happiness, in order to increase your chances of scoring!
Somewhere out there is the Scientologist of your dreams, and it turns out there’s not only a dating service that caters to homo novi, but you can up your status and attract more potential mates by handing out L. Ron Hubbard’s comical booklet of truisms!
Hush your BTs and settle down to read this great email explaining this special perk for the daters at Free Spirit Singles, and make sure you follow these detailed rules!

Subject: Make a change in the world – hand out THE WAY TO HAPPINESS booklets!
To:Hi!
Did you hand out any The Way To Happiness booklets this week? (Monday, May 4th to Sunday, May 10th)
You get 1 DAY free of the Premium STAR Membership for each booklet that you hand out (one booklet per person).
Keep in mind, to have the booklets you hand out this week count toward your free Premium STAR Membership, here is what’s needed:
1) You’re the one who hands them out – not a friend or someone else
2) You get credit for handing out one booklet per person. For example, if you hand out 6 booklets to a single person, that counts as one.
3) You report your stats to FreeSpiritSingles and not to another org or group.
4) It doesn’t matter WHERE you get the booklets – they will still count!
5) You hand out the booklets DURING the week mentioned above (if handed out prior to that week, we can’t count them).
6) We need to hear from you by midnight this SUNDAY, to let us know how many booklets you handed out.
7) Due to time zone differences and when we receive your email, etc. – if you hand out less than 5 booklets during the week, we’ll keep the free days of the Premium STAR Membership on credit until you you hand out 5 or more. You can either reply to this email – or enter the amount you handed out on the website (there’s a button on the Navigation bar that says “free”).
You can order The Way To Happiness booklets easily online at: www.twthonline.org
There are many languages the booklets come in. No matter what language you choose, when you hand them out, they can count toward free membership. You can help change the planet for the better – right where you live.
Thanks for your help!

Scientology officials moving their lips, and you know what that means
We’re trying to get ready for our big trip to California and don’t really have time to go into all that we would like in regards to this, but Sylvia Carignan of the Frederick News-Post has an interesting Q&A with Sylvia and John Stanard about the proposed Narconon facility in Maryland at a placed called Trout Run that we’ve been paying attention to.
You remember Sylvia, who runs the DC facility that Scientology leader David Miscavige pretends will someday have some actual influence on national politics. When Sylvia recently dipped her toe in the water to appear at a mainstream event — last year’s Chautauqua, she got eaten alive.
Now she and her husband are spinning like tops for Carignan’s benefit, trying to pretend that Narconon hasn’t been, almost from the beginning, a front for Scientology and completely run by the church. It would have been nice if Carignan had asked some questions about “Narconon International,” and the “Association for Better Living and Education,” and how they not only completely micromanage all Narconon units, but both are staffed with Scientology Sea Org workers and answer directly to Miscavige. You know, stuff like that.
But we know that Bunker readers have been following along as we’ve documented all 28 federal fraud lawsuits that Ryan Hamilton has filed against Scientology’s drug rehab network, and we’ve seen all the evidence he’s amassed about what Narconon says about itself and how it actually works.
Yesterday, we sent Carignan a series of tweets, trying to give her a little help as she covered a meeting about the controversy. She had herself tweeted that the Stanards had told her, when she asked about the connection, that some of the material used at Narconn was “derivative” of L. Ron Hubbard’s work and was “secular.” Here’s what we said…
.@sylviacarignan This is a dodge: "derivatives" of LRH's work are used in Narconon, and Narconon is secular. For example…
— Tony Ortega (@TonyOrtega94) May 12, 2015
.@sylviacarignan In #Scientology, one process involves literally speaking to an ashtray to get your intent across to it…
— Tony Ortega (@TonyOrtega94) May 12, 2015
.@sylviacarignan Narconon uses the *exact* same process, but tells you it's "secular" in order to convince you it's not Scientology.
— Tony Ortega (@TonyOrtega94) May 12, 2015
.@sylviacarignan If you accept that, they have a nice Bridge they'd like to sell you.
— Tony Ortega (@TonyOrtega94) May 12, 2015
Well, we tried. We think Carignan did a fine job on this piece, but we wish reporters would stop hedging about the well established fact that Narconon not only is run by Scientology — by contract — but also, that it delivers Scientology training rather than drug counseling. Please, people, figure it out.
