The same day that the appeal by Danny Masterson’s accusers was heard in Los Angeles regarding Scientology’s ‘religious arbitration,’ the federal Eleventh Circuit handed down its long-awaited ruling in the appeal by Luis and Rocio Garcia regarding the same subject. And for the Garcias, it’s bad news: the federal appeals court has sided with Scientology.

What you aren’t going to hear at this week’s appeal of Scientology ‘religious arbitration’

[Chrissie Carnell-Bixler and Danny Masterson will both be represented by attorneys Tuesday]

On Tuesday, attorneys for Danny Masterson’s accusers will get the chance to argue to a California appellate court that a lower court ruling forcing them into Scientology’s “religious arbitration” and derailing the lawsuit they had filed against Masterson and the Church of Scientology is unfair and a violation of their rights.

Scientology and Danny Masterson’s attorneys will also get their turns to present their oral arguments supporting the ruling.

Israel’s Ministry of Justice threatens to ‘dismantle’ Scientology’s Tel Aviv Ideal Org

We just became aware of some interesting reporting in September by Israeli journalist Nir Ben-Zvi which revealed that Israel’s Ministry of Justice has threatened to “dismantle” the Ideal Org in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
