Tony Ortega is a journalist who was formerly the editor of The Village Voice. He's written about Scientology since 1995, and in May 2015 released a book about Scientology's harassment of Paulette Cooper titled 'The Unbreakable Miss Lovely.' He continues to monitor breaking developments in the Scientology world from an undisclosed location in an underground bunker he shares with four cats and one of them wrinkly Shar Pei dogs. Despite his super-secret security protections, you can still reach him pretty easily by sending him a message at tonyo94 AT gmail.com (Drop him a line if you'd like to get an e-mail whenever a new story is posted.)

Kirstie Alley is an oversharer on Twitter, and we try to not to get too caught up in her online drama. She’s crass and comical, and on occasion we see our readers giving her some pretty clever comebacks. But for the most part she merits little more than an eyeroll. […]

Just a few days ago, Leah Remini spoke to us after the Clearwater Police dropped its investigation of child sexual assault at a Scientology school in Florida, resulting in the victim, who goes by ‘Jane Doe,’ asking her attorneys to drop her lawsuit against the […]

[Regarding this story: Trump expected to sign executive order that could threaten punishment against Facebook, Google and Twitter over allegations of political bias]
Trump is cooking up a legally dubious executive order which will probably direct the formation of a panel to investigate […]

The George Floyd video is seriously disturbing and I imagine there will be a murder charge forthcoming, either from Minnesota or the Department of […]
