Thanks for your reply, IG . Maybe Tony deleted it thinking it was private or as you said, for possibly another Bunker story. I seemed so legit and Saina, herself, was posting it publicly. And I totally agree with you and believe that she has the power to define what she wants to share. It seemed like it was important to her that the rape aspect was edited out and somehow, powerful as it was, the episode did not do her fully right.

Hi Glen. I didn’t delete it and I don’t know why it was deleted. I just checked and her public Facebook post is still up and now has many comments (including some familiar Bunker faces). I thought it was important information regarding the CO$’s rapist culture and she wants it known – it is a PUBLIC POST – I do not share private posts. I only came across it by chance because I did a Facebook search for posts containing the word “scientology” and it popped up. I was surprised to see she had so much more to say about her CO$ experience, especially since the Bunker post yesterday was supposedly filling in more details about their stories and this stuff was never mentioned. Maybe Tony wants to do a Bunker story on that recent CO$ rapist, etc? IDK, but it sure is worthy of a Bunker post. She deserves justice for what these horrible men and their enablers did to her. If you want to see it again, just search on Facebook for her name and you’ll find it.

Hi Intergalactic Walrus. I’m contacting you through a much older thread so that this can be a private conversation. I noticed that you deleted that powerful statement from Saina from a facebook post from yesterday that provided additional context to her story.

I don’t know the story but I am guessing it might be because you were not authorized to share it and that someone may have thought that it was invasive of her privacy. I don’t know. I always check out your comments because you bring so many interesting and relatively hidden tidbits to light. In this particular case, it really added another deep layer to the story.

I initially went looking for that comment because I was going to ask permission from you to repost it so that others might also have the additional context. I will not do that or try to find it but I am curious. I send this to you with absolutely no judgement or malice.

I would like to think that the LAPD would have a change of heart. However, after all this time there must be… shall we say disincentives for some officers in annoying the CofS.

I understood that this sort of situation was one of the reasons why there were Federal agencies like the FBI, but they seem disinclined to intervene because they:

a) Believe they have higher priorities
b) Know that they well face omerata
c) Know that the legal costs of facing a money-no-object defence will consume a lot of resources

I think that all that can be done is to keep the pressure on and accelerate a collapse that is coming on due to the organisations internal contradictions and lack of recruitment.

Where the cult is really going to get itself convicted (at least in the Court of Public Opinion) is it’s routine complicity in criminal conspiracy, cover up, witness tampering, failure to report suspected child abuse and other related crimes which it continues to in compliance with Elron’s explicit policy, engaged in by intentionally subverting the course of justice in order to protect $cn’s ‘reputation,’ such as it is.

If other active LaPD cases of sexual molestation, aggravated sexual assault, statutory rape, etc. involving cherch members, like Donkey Masterson, show the same pattern of cherch intervention designed to “handle” them inside of the cherch, then this is exactly where the cult’s liability risk lies because it is very likely that its (in)justice system has been operating in exactly the same way for a very long time, which is exactly how the RC Church pedophile priest scandal spread to the upper administrative ranks of the church’s management all over the world and opened it criminal prosecution and civil liability which rocked that faith to its foundations.

Let’s hope that with enough media exposure and pressure, the LaPD will be forced to do an in depth investigation into the much larger, systemic pattern of criminal cover up within the cherch — just as it did with the RC church — which could open the door to the same kinds of class action suits which bankrupted a number of U.S. dioceses and brought justice to many of its victims.

Just like the RC Church, $cn has been covering up serious crimes, subverting justice and harboring criminal for a very long time; and just like that much bigger and more powerful religious organisation, $cn can be held to account in exactly the same way!

That’s got to be the line for some Scientologists – the only alternative is that he doesn’t have God-like powers… and that cannot be.

Alternatively, seeing TC bouncing on a wire, hurt and helpless like any mere mortal might plant a seed of doubt in some minds.

Others here (who have been closer to his horror than I) speak of the frustration and feelings of helplessness when knowledge of their abuse is suppressed (often by blaming the victim – or at least making them feel at fault by ‘causing a flap’).

If dianetics describes a delusion suffered by all Thetans then surely the ‘bank’ is real – Hubbard told us that ‘reality is agreement’, after all. Also, the statement that you were mocking up your bank and can now discard it is logically equivalent to having cleared it.

Finally, the OT levels ‘reveal’ that you still have a ‘bank’ derived from the experiences and influence entities which are somehow ‘stuck’ to you, and auditing them away is, practically, the same as dianetic auditing.

It seems to me that the ‘clear cog’ is just a hand-waving exercise to distract attention from the crude join left when Hubbard recovered the copyrights to dianetics and, not wanting to waste anything, grafted it, Frankenstein-like, on to his new invention, Scientology.
