I’ve taken the quick acting, but in much lower doses. I’ve only taken time release 1x. The flush didn’t seem any less bad & lasted longer so I just slowly worked my way up (to higher but SAFE amounts) dosage-wise in the regular. Also I seemed to get more used to it so it was less severe & passed more quickly.

It def helped w/energy but I took a fraction of what CO$ recommends, so I can’t imagine how that’s safe. I can see people getting a “rush” from the mass B vitamins & attributing that to the purif, especially if they’ve not consistently taken vitamins or worked on physical health before.

I think they certainly deny evidence against Scientology and embrace evidence for it.

Awwww Now I want a puppy..hahhahahaha.. I bet Jax is SO excited.. Now he’s got a buddy anytime he needs one. Frankie is sooooo cute…big brown eyes..

Thankfully, he’s never had an accident in our bed. Jax is so cute — every morning he wakes us up and says “I’m taking Frankie to the backyard to go potty.” And off they go.

Awww I love snugglers..all 4 of mine love it.. When Teddy was a puppy and slept with us he had a couple of accidents in bed and I put him in a little boy diaper like band.

If you need one I can tell you where I got it.. I can just see Jax and Frankie in the truck.. How cute! Every child needs a dog to play with.

He’s doing pretty good. Only a few “accidents” within the last couple weeks. But he’s definitely learning.

My son has a really big motorized fire truck and Frankie jumps in to take rides! It’s too damn funny. He sleeps in between hubby & I every night. Total snuggler.
