This is just a catch phrase to lull you into a false sense of security. I fell for it too. Later it is only “What did LRH say?” If you read the KSW policy (Keeping Scientology Working) it is clear; also from the whole ‘ethics’ and ‘justice’ system. There is nothing left from the above sentence and it is to toe the line or else. (I was in the Sea Org)
