I understand that it was partially written by the allies with a ‘never again’ agenda and subsequently embraced by the German people – hence the close interest in the totalitarian aspects of Scientology shown by official agencies designed to defend that constitution.

Because Germany has a post-war constitution specifically designed in the aftermath of Nazism to prevent totalitarian organisation establishing themselves in the country ever again.

The US constitution privileges religious organisations to an astonishing extent without troubling to define what a religion actually is – so a totalitarian organisation like Scientology can do whatever it wants by calling itself a religion.

Ben is the guy in the gray shirt in the top photo. The value of Darth Xander’s videos is just a huge wealth of on the spot photo reality of people at Flag at those moments.

Ben Shaw has been the long term OSA guy at Flag Clearwater.

In some YouTube videos by Darth Xander, he catches a great shot of Ben walking out of the building after chow.

I knew Ben as a student on a staff training course at Flag long ago when I was a course supervisor for training staff there in that same building that Ben’s walking into in Xander’s video. I remember Ben from 1979, 1980, 1981 or so. He used to be in Flag Guardian’s Office, and then switched into OSA Flag when that transition occured.
