Then go to your embassy or consulate wherever you are and tell them you were brought there against your will, and that your passport is being held on that damned boat and you do not want to go back there. If there is no embassy or consulate where you are then go to the local police station and say the same thing! You will not be arrested!

Your passport belongs to your government, not to you and not to fucking Scientology. The authorities *will* remove it from the ship. Of course, those pieces of shit on the boat will say that they wanted to give it back to you and blah blah, but they *will* give it to whatever official shows up and demands it.

Then go home.

There are a lot of departed Class VIII auditors who have a major issue with a failed Class IV (that would be Miscavige, who was thrown off His Cl. IV internship for slapping a PC) decreeing that OTs have to go back and do objectives, etc. That’s why they left. If somebody’s into getting auditing, there are more Cl. VIII and XII auditors *outside* the “church” than inside, these days.

Dave is the chairman of RTC, which is ostensibly a corporation that manages copyrights. In other words, He is an administrative guy, not a technical one. He’s a pencil-pusher, not a “tech” expert. I find it extremely funny that PC-slapping David Miscavige’s decrees on technical matters are not simply ignored.

In His Divine Wisdom, Pope Miscavige once declared the “Why” of some such thing to be “the blind are leading the blind.” Boy, did He ever get *that* part right!

Dice, what I find particularly interesting is to see that the term engram is still used in its original (pre-Hubbard) context in neuropsychology. I need to look into that some more, as the related modern research about how memory is formed may even directly disprove central parts of Hubbard’s theory.
