Oh, I understand what you are saying. Most people eventually leave Scn and distance themselves from it. I’m sure Amanda Fucking Palmer has helped him a lot with that. Her last book is fabulous.

Ideal Communications. They aren’t direct to consumer though. They install fiber optic networks for commercial applications. So they’ve done a lot of work in the OC and Greater-LA area installing for major telecommunications providers. The sad thing is that it’s fairly well-run and the wife/co-owner is wonderful and sweet, but her husband literally looks/acts like another DM! We didn’t realize how CO$ the culture was until I started researching. At first we just thought he was a guy w/an anger and control issue. Even the Scios that work there thought the place was out of control. The turnover rate was insane… in less than a year’s time nearly everyone had quit and been replaced at least once. And sadly, despite how well they ran it and brought it customers, you could tell they spent SO much of their $ on Scientology and worked themselves to death to do it. If they just ran the company as she wanted to and if he’d get some anger mgt therapy, they’d likely have a company double the size and live a very comfortable life!
