I hope Brandon realizes that the Garcia’s may have done him the biggest favor ever in his life. He is now cleanly and clearly not a part of Scientology and can begin the rest of his life. And I hope that maybe he’ll be ready to share his stories with Leah for her next season because one of the top topic on my wish list is to address children in the church like Jenna Miscavige-Hill.

Good points. An independent audit would be ideal, but the entity would have to submit to the audit or immediately lose their status. It would also be good if there were some way to suspend the status if the audit is not moving ahead adequately.
And, as you say/suggest, Scientology will find some way to F with the law or the IRS and not pay taxes anyway.
But perhaps it would open the door to a forced audit and maybe even a forensic audit.
Perhaps not likely in reality.. but one can dream, non?

When a con has been exposed for what it is and its inner workings fully understood, then it’s impossible to run the same scam on the same people again…and that’s exactly the dilemma that true believer $cilons find themselves on the horns of right now. They can finally grow a pair and use Elron’s tech to identify the real SP who’s dragging $cn down and making them accomplices to true evil, or they can bury their craven and cowardly heads in the sand even deeper and continue to do nothing as the “beautiful religion” is brought down by others.

Either way, it’s well past time that this killer cult went the way of the dinosaur!
