Too bad they are not available. They could offer clues about Hubbard’s mind. The deterioration of his thinking is something desperately needing strong evidence.

I’ve only seen a tiny fraction of the private despatch traffic and the “orders” or “advices” traffic on the internet.

NONE of the INCOMM advices are online.

NONE of the ASI advices are online.

NONE of the CST nor RTC advices are online.

NONE of the CO CMO INT traffic is online.

NONE of the above is even in the public domain, in any form, that I’ve seen.

NONE of the SPCL PJT OPS traffic is online or in the public domain.

It is all based on memory of the dozens and in some cases, maybe 100-300 persons who’ve at various times in their Int Base careers have had to study the traffic due to that traffic having specific relevance to some portion of their Int Base jobs.

It’s kind of this odd situation of Hubbard’s final years of “traffic” the private stuff, the whole history of it will be explained in the coming years by the people who dealt with that “line” of getting Hubbard’s final words onto paper and into the hands of the Int Base staffers whose jobs Hubbard was writing about.

It can all be loosely called Hubbard’s final years of private “management” and ASI traffic. CST and RTC are not technically management, but in the pecking order, in the top ranks of what Hubbard wished done, at the end of his life.

Tony, something that I think would make an excellent series of posts or a thick book would be to address the advices Hubbard wrote and reportedly ran Scientology with for years behind the scenes. Chuck Beatty has remarked on reading many of them for years.

There is a gap in my opinion between the official Scientology doctrine with Hubbard’s name on it and the reported deterioration at the end of his life. We are aware of the Sarge special E meter story, but it needs a lot of support and information on Hubbard’s behavior over the last years of his life.

Chuck Beatty gave me the impression he believes that several hundred Sea Org members saw hundreds of advices by Hubbard that fill in the gap and expose his frame of mind. If the advices themselves could be released that would be ideal, but if not then perhaps some of the ex Sea Org members could be interviewed. They are still alive and can bear witness to this relatively undocumented portion of Hubbard’s life. I have particular interest in his mental health but some would want historical data regarding Scientology itself. Something to consider if you are looking for a story most won’t get.
