That transcript is amazing.
Watching an interview like that, I feel like I can’t keep up. But reading it is something else. I read alot.

Koppel is professional and tries to give him every chance. Miscavige can’t function outside his bubble. Can’t even hold onto one thought for one minute. He proves over and over and over again that he can’t talk about anything for more than maybe 30 seconds.

The Van Allen Belt quote is from a SHSBC tape called “The Between Lives Implant”. Contrary to Miscavige, it was still very much in use. I couldn’t believe that he first didn’t recognize it and then denied that it was valid.

Rinder was a much better spokesperson, too bad DM decided to torture him.

It's very consistent for people that understand a subject to see Hubbard's alleged knowledge as less than accurate or in the rare instances where he was educated (like with some aspects of hypnosis and cultic practices) as less than truthful in his presentation. In physics for example he claimed to be an expert but people with education in that subject found him uneducated and wrong and with Buddhism people who were Buddhists found him to be uninformed.

Yes. I too find other things said by Hubbard in what you’ve cited to be much more meaningful to me, as indicators of his experiences and conscienceless parameters of self-aggrandizement, as well as how he found his ways to manipulate and con not only others, but himself. Reading what he said here has given a good glimpse into his theater of operation and his concepts about how to gain influence and then control over others. He fashioned himself into a dangerous buffoon.

My love of India is personal, and I’ve lived there. Intuitively, I sensed untruth behind his references to having learned anything there or to having spent any time there. So, I looked into it and found some confirmation. It’s a minor point, as far as what he had to say about hypnotics. Yet, all the same, it ties in with his narcissistic web of lies, the “methods to his madness.” All indications are that he thrived at putting his fabrications over on people and raged vengefully when he was thwarted. I do think that he trapped himself in his own hell.
