I was in the google play store and I looked up scientology and this app popped up in my search results and I figured it was something this site has seen before, but it was the first time I had seen it and I wasn’t exactly certain if this site had seen it before so I thought i’d bring it to their attention.

By denying the spiritual world you are attaching your own blinders to your eyes. By needlessly insulting those that believe you show your own prejudices. I don’t deny that as an atheist you can effectively and intellectually defend your position. But your lumping scientology in with all other religions does not stand up to rigorous intellectual scrutiny.

Scientology is different from every other religion I have studied in that it was established by an admitted con man for the purpose of generating as much power and money to that con man as possible. People have argued that Joseph Smith and Brigham Young were also con men, but as far as I know they never admitted that they were. Jesus and Buddha lived as paupers. Your comparisons are valid in only the broadest possible interpretation, which exemplifies lazy analysis.

It appears to me that many believers are neither lazy nor stupid, but your insults are both. Are you a troll seeking to sow dissension?

Thank you for telling me Jayla, I am the biggest worrier. Believe me I would have been anxious! I am soooo sorry about your father. Sooo sorry. You don’t have to be alone. You can still comment. And if you just need a safe place to vent, you can certainly respond to an old comment of mine, or go back to one of our old conversations. Does that make sense? People do it all the time. My father just had a stroke and has what neurologist have called a cloud in his brain and everyday I have anxiety. I would hope someone would offer to be there for me when the time comes. many bunkeroos already have! If not, you just come back when and how you feel comfortable okay sweetheart? I want to tell you, I probably won’t be around here for a while. My Dad has had bad dementia for years now, and he is now back in the hospital and won’t be getting out this time.
