Thank you Dave, Once I scheduled for a free 8 day medatation then cancelled when I got a puppie and couldn’t attend. Now I think I’m figuring it out for myself. I’ve had to make many adjustments to my life to work towards maintaining sanity or mindedness more each day. I even reconstructed my living area so I could see out the windows better and many many things to make life simpler. I’m even getting a different rig for travel with a perfect setup for solar etc. I think one should be able to atain a constant state of awareness that is acceptable. The state I have been in especially while in $ has been just ‘thinking’ I was aware and I was so not. I must have survived on just that thinking which shows how powerful the mind is. I had barely any idea the mind had anything to do with the body from the ‘knowledge’ I’d believed from LRH. This is very destructive when pains should be handled addressing the correct source. Thinking its all in the reactive bank really messes with actual discovery. Now I feel my emotions in my body instantly and can change that fairly instantly – no need for a group or auditor. The worst has been isolated all by me self 🙂

It does seem to be a trap for some liberal democracies. The UK nominally has three main parties which tend to congregate around the same policies, reducing the real choice which they offer.
