All he had to do was sign a statement saying he had been influenced buy anti-scientology websites, anti-scientology books, and his mother and father to do what he did. If he had agreed to sign that form they would drop the charges. He refused and they continued the court case to conviction.

This is an evil group and need to be stopped.

Lois, your son is amazing for speaking out and so are you. What happened was not a hate crime. It was the actions of someone who had been abused by a cult. I really hope he challenges his conviction. Stay strong!!!!!
