I agree Ahron F, Debbie Cook did nothing wrong per policy and she was in good stnding when she sent it. She did KR it but there was no one to receive or respond to the KR’s as all the execs were in the Hole. That was chilling. But I do think Debbie used Flag lists, and as part of her post, she was entitled to use those lists to get her comm out, so again, at that time, she did nothing wrong. The email I got was personally from Debbie Cook. It was not forwarded to me. And I was not on her lines in any other way such as on FB or as a client or anything. I think it would have been a smart move to use a Flag list before leaving to get the word out to as many people as possible an all done legally per the set up of the org board, her post, and the references, which she did.

Sounds like a total nightmare! I wonder if there was a point where they were trying to maintain a semblance of following policy, but then got overwhelmed with the sheer volume of folks that “needed” to be declared?

Or maybe it’s just different at different levels of the organization and/or varies by region? Even using scio-logic, these folks don’t make sense or act consistently within their own set of standards and rules.

Either way, all that’s left of $cn is what lil davey, the real Super SP on $cn’s lines, hasn’t already destroyed.

I doubt that she used the mailing list from Flag. She had a huge FB list. She also was a successful consultant, and most of her clients were Scientologist. I believe altogether she sent the email to about 7,000 people. Many turned around and forwarded it. Altogether, in the first two days about 12,000 got the email.

All who forwarded the email (and were caught) were eventually declared.

If you think about it; per Scientology policy, as fascistic as it is, she did not do anything wrong.

I must say that in my case the policy was followed religiously. I did have a committee of evidence. Problem is the process is rigged. The committee was a Kangaroo court. Its members afraid to arrive at any conclusion contradicting the expected outcome. Thus the committee twisted everything:

– Denying the accusation – not taking responsibility.
– Person writing KR not sane (he wrote an article about aliens orbiting earth and monitoring its communication) – nattery.
– Person writing KR about things he said to me in confidence, as if I said them – not taking responsibility and writing KRs.
– Person writing KR about the people who wrote KRs on me participating in anti-Scientology activities. – that person (who wrote the KR) is out-ethics, thus unreliable.
– Using my political connection to help CoS – Self centered and corrupt.

I would say, it is much better that the do not keep in with policy, and do it short and swift, than using the stupid and viscous fascistic policy.
