Thanks lovely and I wish you were too! Hubby & I are planning on taking more consistent walks & hikes together & w/the kids and just trying to incorporate more outdoors/excercise together so the kids have fun & stay busy and we can have time to talk more.

I miss you Cece! Thought about giving you a call but it was about 2:00am and I was a crying mess so I just tried to go to bed. Just some tough mom-stuff that happened between me and mine then having a tough time with one of my two older ones. Just knew (& know) that if anyone that could speak perspective into a rough night – it’s you!

“Baby” & I were talking about HowdyCon just a few days ago and how the night we all sat by the fire talking was one of the highlights of both our trips – for many reasons. Just wanted to thank you – it was precious making some very real connections with a few special people we both really respect.

Been meaning to say hello for a while!… Then I re-read this, remembered seeing your comment back when & recalling how it was you that reached out to Karen and just WHY you & your story has always stuck out to me so much for many reasons & loved the happy “ending” that your wife, after so much pressure, stuck by you the way you’ve stuck up for so many!

Your wife & daughters are incredibly blessed to have someone in their life that has consistently done the right thing and spoken out even when it costs a lot! Another disgusting series of inhuman abuses by Scientology resulting in tragic loss of precious lives. The callousness is more disturbing to the degree that you learn more about the reality of the abuses of Scientology and the real human lives wrecked by Scientology.

In fairness hundreds of ex Scientologists and other ex cult members are decent people. I have been helped by many including, but not limited to, Jon Atack, Arnie Lerma, Tory Christman, Gerry Armstrong, Chris Shelton and far too many to list.

A lot of exes make considerable efforts to help other people.

I have to agree, and it remains a mystery. At the time it made sense to us – we didn’t know much about how they operated. In a normal world, once someone has so publicly displayed that a) he has no interest in your church, and b) if you keep bugging him he’s going to keep speaking out publicly against you, then the rational thing to do is to leave the dude alone.

But this is Scientology, and “rational” doesn’t play into it. Now that I know more about how it works and what their policies are, I realize that what Brian did should have resulted in even MORE harassment, since he turned himself into a full-on enemy! They should have set out to destroy him. But they didn’t. Maybe they had bigger fish to fry at the time and he was small potatoes…who knows. But I realize now that he’s lucky they didn’t go after him with claws out.

Best possible ending, for me? Mike and his Wife both sleep wit the guy, and they start a very public menage a trois together, Ina glass house they call Miscavige made me do it.

Hell, I bet we could get a reality series free lit on that sentence alone… What do you say, Mr amd Mrs Rinder? And you to, potential boy toy?
