Yeah, good point. He may be one of those people who’s too emotionally immature to ask for emotional support without feeling ashamed or uncomfortable.

I’d have more patience if he wasn’t almost always OT + aggressive + dismissive of others feelings + a combination of politically ill-informed AND some kind of badly-researched, confused, anarcho-libertarian fringe (which just pushes my buttons, and that’s on me).

Like, if he was only 2 of those…I’d leave it alone.

Don’t worry – he is provoking in a trolling manner and asked for it. I can’t figure this one out. Maybe he needs sb to talk to – but then he can approach it differently.

We are holding up, thanks. Camped out in a tiny town, bedside vigil for MIL. she is still in ICU, but stable now. Looks like she will pull through but she has such a long rehab/recovery in front of her. 82 years old, she is awesome. Thank god she is an athlete and is in such good shape. She teaches yoga to women 60 years younger than her…..that alone probably helped her more than anything. She is taken the news regarding my niece as well as can be expected….poorly. But, we’ll march on, together. Services for my beautiful niece will be at the end of the week. It is still so unreal.
