Interesting viewpoint.Actually after joining Sea Org @Asho F in 1974 after only reading DMSMH,I had known about Old Ron and Crowley and Parsons.I spotted that Ron & Crowley always posed with ascots, signet rings and hand on chin.I do not know if Jack Parsons posed like they did.I do know after I blew in 78 & went back to my hometown of Boston,Mass someone sent me a copy of Crowley's Biography,I honestly do not know the sender. The second I handled that book cover I became violently nauseous and I love books been surrounded by them all my life.I threw this one in the trash. And what happened to me the last year and a half particularly with the Assitant Guardian Intel,in The Sea Org showed me just how far Ron and now Miscavige would and will take the negative dark energy that makes slaves out of souls and is so hard to shake. The true nature of the cult.🌠

I want to first share a friendly & sincere reminder for everyone that works so hard to honestly expose the so-called 'Scientology' church group. I ask to please be very careful. Sad as it is...some things and some people have umm...evil ulterior motives.

I feel the need to ask Ms Leah Remini and everyone in support beside her...would it be wrong to ask about including what is an extremely & deeply disturbing 'Scientology' information topic that includes group activities among L. Ron Hubbard...John 'Jack' Woodside Parsons....and Aleister Crowley. I suspect this information topic is the beginning roots that sprouted up in growing 'Scientology'.

That subject topic alone could very well open up much-needed information that might be what prevents one person from choosing wrong, and be most encouraging for anyone that has already made a wrong choice and needs help.

It should be completely and universally understood, in order to grow a bountiful harvest in health & happiness...the right seeds need to be planted first in fertile ground.

Grapes never grow among thorns.
Thank you. Please be careful & enjoy your day.

They can't even fact check their own legal letter. Love how they state in her book Leah failed to disclose that the LAPD investigator she filed the report with was a friend who was a security guard on KingofQueens set and did private security work for her (like it matters) -- but she CLEARLY discusses this in the book. She explains how she met him on set and always thought he was a nice person so she would occasionally hire him to help at her events, so she felt comfortable going to him for help. Whoever wrote this letter makes the Church look like fools. I just pulled up Leah's book to cross reference and confirm, and the sentence they wrote about what she *didn't* include was almost identical word for word for what she DID disclose. If I knew a letter like this would be read by hundreds of thousands of people critical of the org, I'd be furious if someone I hired to do a good job made such a major, obvious f*ck up...Yikes!

Well. I think I take a long and unsentimental view. I think human beings have existed for many, many thousands of years. For most of that time brutality and force have determined leaders. We have not elected leaders so much as been forced to accept them due to violence, war and threats of violence.

People usually ended up with leaders that were known to be ruthless and vindictive. Conquerors made empires on the graves of the conquered.

It has not changed much. America was made with genocide, slavery and subjugation of women and the poor. Europe was made with too many wars and battles to count.

I see little evidence any part of the world was much different. Humanity has acted like a thousand thousand tribes fighting for power and survival.

We may think we have something better, but our constitution and electoral process hasn't changed human evolution. It's not a transcendent creation. It doesn't lift us up from our weaknesses and biases.

We have to look in detail at how we have operated. I think there's a relatively new idea of representation in a democracy It's not entirely true.

I don't subscribe to conspiracy theories. I do think our political system has shown itself to attract less than altruistic people. Not every politician is a pathological liar or sociopath. But enough are unscrupulous that it's a problem.

No human system will ever be perfect. But our current system is so flawed it allowed the Patriot Act, NDAA 2012, systemic racism and a number of other weaknesses that have allowed a fascist and Hitler knockoff to become president and he can easily institute fascist policies across the country.

It's extremely troubling.

That's often because we select representatives who, once they have power, decide that they are 'leaders'. The system is, after all, called '<I>representative</I> democracy', and not 'we elect a temporary dictator'.

If the elected can do that, there is a fault in the system. The best put enough limitations on the elected to prevent them taking too much power, but not so many that government can't get anything done.

That requires that both government and opposition play the game with some good will. What seems to have broken down in both the UK and US is the willingness to be reasonable, and make concessions, so that the business of government can be done peacefully.

All it takes is enough fanatics who do not understand their own system of government and are immune to any evidence or reasoning that does not support their ideology, and there's a risk it may break down altogether.
