The news site seems to consider ISIS and Al Nusra the same – one is just an offshoot of the other, with the recruiter affiliated with ISIS also seemingly recruiting for Nusra – the terrorists apprehended were recruited by the imprisoned recruiter. The younger one failed to get out of the country trying to join ISIS, the older one succeeded joining Nusra.
It’s pathetic really, it shows they don’t have a clue about what they are writing about, only saying what they’ve been told to say… which originates from US State Department press releases, because there are little to no journalists actually on the ground in Syria bar the likes of RT, etc, and they are asserting through footage and interviews that there is no such group that is actually ‘moderate’, and even if some distinction can be drawn between the groups what’s the point of labeling them ‘moderate’ when they’ve all been shown to be targeting civilians with heavy military weapons that the US refuses to acknowledge, let alone do anything about.

All the same… and they are all still bombing civilian areas in Western Aleppo backed by the US via Qatar and Saudi Arabia, NATO forces and a refusal of the US to work with Russia to assure (and ensure) the neutral civilians and so called ‘moderates’ the US are supposedly in communication with, that the safe passage from Aleppo during arranged ceasefires is genuine and viable. The US government could involve themselves and ensure it gets done – but their absence is stark. I can say with almost 100% certainty it’s because they don’t want that to happen, because then their proxy army against Assad is defeated and all that money wasted.

I was the one who told you that some of the FSA defected to the ISIS side. That was back when Obama was being roasted by the Republicans for refusing to arm the FSA. That is not the same thing as saying “FSA is ISIS”.
