Cat’s suicide note directed all of Mark Burton’s belongings be given to a lawyer named Filippo Marchino. The portion of the suicide note is labelled “Property of Mark Burton” with Filippo’s stating “Protection of Property Filippo Marchino and tel. number which is no longer in service. I found Marchino’s contact number and learned he put Burton on to the lawyer suing Carrey on Burton’s behalf. Make no mistake, Marchino has his hand in the pot. Cat could just as easily have left a note to Burton himself. Why did she leave his belongings to the lawyer? The answer is obvious. So the lawyer would put the ball in motion to sue Carrey. It’s so obvious its pathetic.

In reply to FredEX2. Also is it not illegal to marry falsely for immigration purposes? I am married to an immigrant and I remember having to document that our marriage was real by providing letters from friends attesting our relationship, photos of us together, utility bills with both our names on it etc. I understood at that time (10+ years ago) that not being able to prove our marriage was real, with documents like this, could result in federal charges. Using the postal service to mail fraudulent documents is a crime by itself. I am guessing that this Burton fellow may have some legal exposure here.
