We were SO fortunate to be able to see Cathy’s Squeeze My Cans production this weekend and it was A M A Z I N G! I laughed, I cried, and I completely related.
What an emotional powerhouse, and what a masterful performance!
She effortlessly brought us along on her full Scientology ride beginning with her invalidating her strong instinct to steer clear of it, her enthusiastic deep dive into it, including so many interesting successes and struggles along the way as she was being twisted by Scientology into “her true self” so she could become “cause over life”.
We shared in her wins, her losses, her past lives, her floating needles, and rode up and down the tone scale with her! She took us into the course room for her intro training, into session (commands and all) including her jo-berg confessional, attesting to Clear, and all the CRAZY way up through the OT levels (including a dangerous brush with OT inspired psychosis), plus gave us an insiders view of the disparity of treatment given to celebrities.
She concluded with her heart-wrenching loss of faith, and her very heartbreaking exit after realizing that she’d had ALL she needed to be happy, within HERSELF all along, two decades and a million dollars later.

Thank you Cathy. You are so brave AND so brilliant!
It was such an honor to meet you in person…as well as the wonderful Michael Fairman! <3 Two true artists and survivors!

First, Odo stood still, aimed the camera at me, and then I held up the index cards (and filmed it using my mini-cam that I had attached to my backpack). Suddenly, Everio (Odo's camera) started going every which way. Odo no longer cared about getting me on film. In fact, he did everything he could to prevent getting the index cards on film. I really like the guy, too. I said, "Odo, you're a gem. You're perfect Bunker material." He even seemed to crack a smile.

Odo, Everio and I played together this afternoon. If you read Chuck’s (chuckbeattyexseaorg75to03) advice to use the OT levels against them, I did just that: I copied the first paragraph or so from OT 3 onto numbered index cards. I then walked to PAC Base as I normally would, camera in hand. But I had my mini-cam snapped to my back pack. In the past, Odo would walk toward me like the Terminator and, when he arrived, he’d simply stand and film me, not moving. Well, well, well, I ruined his “Kodak Moment,” when I pulled out the index cards. Fink Jonas, talk about “a love/hate relationship,” I had him moving his camera every which way but never on me or the cards, which he kept trying to avoid. I think he even smiled when I said, “You’re a gem, Odo. You’re perfect Bunker material!”

In reply to chuckbeattyexseaorg75to03. Brilliant, the index cards were are a great detour from regular filming! Odo did everything he could to NOT film the numbered index cards I had of the first paragraph or so of OT 3 (to the line, "He was Xenu"). In fact, I think Odo rather enjoyed the challenge.
