Access in the INCOMM LA, INCOMM Int, and CST computer systems, and ASI’s computer system, I presume is total, it’s well within the NSA’s legal guidelines due alone to the number of Scientology Sea Org staff foreigners on staff in all these units’ INCOMM computer systems.

The members don’t even discuss and are not allowed to discuss “body thetan” theory, and thus they never will publicly connect the dots and simply explain that the Xenu engram caused the “body thetan” problem, and that OT 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are L. Ron Hubbard’s handling (Hubbard’s exorcism procedures) to rid themselves “scientifically” using Hubbard’s Electrometer eliminating their “body thetans.”

So, no internet for Scientologists to go learning about their religion in an unapproved fashion, and no chatting on chat sites contesting or debating Xenu engram story theory.

Realistically, it’s best to assume to that any leased line can be tapped. You just have to go the vendor an plug into their equipment (which does not have to be on site). That T1/T2 line was a point of entry.

The only ways to really secure your communications is to own the network end-to-end or don’t connect to a network in the first place. It seems that the CofS want to use their own microwave links for distance and keep their sites as isolated as possible.

The fact that the system is ludicrously out-of-date is its greatest protection. They do it this way because the free availablity of information is something they have to avoid at all costs. We can’t hack their communications – but they can’t use the Internet to their advantage. That’s a reasonable deal.

I was more thinking if officials were legally operating on a warrant to wiretap, how might they pull it off, I doubt us ex members are much help on ideas.

There used to be a T1 or T2 line from the HGB to ASI, to connect ASI to the HGB INCOMM system and thus to the INCOMM Int computer system via the dish from the HGB up to the relay microwave dishes enroute to the Int Base.

I have no idea, but do the Feds get wiretap warrants to tap/hack into files in an organization’s computer system?

In 1995 I could “junior down” if I wished, from ASI to the LA computer system, and also into the INCOMM Int system, if I wished. I rarely did, had no reason to.

But had I wanted to, I could have in 1995 “juniored down” or just with straight CIP if I knew my way around CIP better, I could have gotten into OSA’s computers still housed at the complex in INCOMM LA.

But Dan Garvin the former OSA Int computer guy has said that the standalone computer system of OSA’s in the basement of the HGB is wired only up the closet “chases” up to the OSA floors upstairs in the HGB.

It’d be time consuming, best to just defect from OSA with incriminating evidence and go to the Feds with it by an OSA Int staffer.
