'Then, of course, the church would be free to zero out everybody else who elects to seek refunds through "arbitration."'

I am not familiar with the case law decisions in res, though prevarication and fraud are the basis of not just one betterment work which attains gains for those whom are willing participants. When willing participation based on choice is reduced by work of the nature which OT-8-is-Great posted a few days ago, participation based on choice is no longer willing since power of choice has been eradicated to an extent that makes Zombies self-directed by comparison.

Fraud is not at issue as value of the work when compared to what is collected for efforts is an area which the court has traditionally taken the lightest touch that a hands-off can allow or justify. In work that I have reviewed subsequent to becoming active in participation here I have discovered directions for a hands-on approach in exotic materials which are non-available to any but those whom have extensive collateral and make progress to that level.

When I read it, it is a cake-walk for me in areas where neither angels nor fools would dare tread, and even bat-boy at WWN would be astounded. Not to bring him into the battle as he is not a post-op.

Perhaps the original 501 examiner made a compact to alleviate suffering in those males whom are not «out» i.e. DM shook with the examiner to improve profits for the spread from $24 per diem for human warehousing to $35 where a rake could be done to further the Spectre of Barbed Lerners to avoid a barb wire dolls world on fire, the much spoken of Wall of Fire and hence, by that logic DM is our only hope for a sane world.

Personally, I will take Cannibal Island.

Either way, choice is determinant on issues which I do not take to be 1-st amendment.

Seems there should be basis in the federalist papers to examine whether the farmers would have it that the citadel is telling the serfs what to do. Given the 2,220,300 incarcerated adults, I would err on the side of freedom of thought.

Not something I have seen from US School system, and am a biased witness on the matter.

That is better wording and deeper insight than what I was able to attain. Then we could take whether original examiners could have foreseen current state of activity based on issues consequent to a suppressed reality of petitioner being a shared suppress by the examiner at the time of original 501 as being worthy of a 501, independent of whether the activity is a religion, as gains or betterment from an activity which are not done in pursuit of gain per-se is my reading of the intent of 501 USC.

Hence, differences in reality as defined by Scn vis-a-vis Gov Ops may arrive us at questions of «what is reality» hence lex loci rei sitae does not have bearing on the instant case as considerations of what is valid 501 relief occurs independent of any law of the place where the property is situated as Scn as-given in activities which I participated in is value of ideas rather than tangibles.

Hence, progress of consideration of facts would then be to proceed on whether the ideas have changed, something which many independents posting here have made prima facia by what their statements are.

I concur with those, deferring to the work of Ronald Miscavige claiming it to be a better mouse-trap than I can do.

Whedon wrote the screenplay for the movie. Granted, he has often trashed the movie, but he was involved :)
