OK… When I tell you I was a heavy long time smoker.. I started Jeeze..I was 18 ( 1964) and smoked camels, lucky strikes ( stole from my parents) ha… moved to Marlboro reds for 35 years.. and on to Marlboro lights.

So yes smoked maybe 1 1/2- 2 pks a day from 18- 67 = 49 years ..Chronic Bronchitis.. clothes smelled , car smelled, I smelled. .. always felt run down.. always looking for a place to smoke. Always thinking about smoking.

The worst thing you can be in Society is a smoker.. We are treated like Lepers. That didn’t stop me though I could care less.. I was paying $7 a pack.. ridiculous. So..

When I had my first hit at the Beauty shop like I said.. I thought.. I can do this.. One thing that is different OTD.. YOu can take the patches, and the gum blah, blah.. blah..

but what the Vapor does is satisfy the ritual of smoking.

Picking up the tank and drawing it in and exhaling. That is what sold me. Plus many people make the mistake of reducing the nicotine too quickly or starting off with a level of Nic that is less than they smoked.

I started high NIC.. and stayed there for awhile.. I would recommend that you go to a Vape store ( I’m not an E cig ) I use a vapor. The vapor place will be more than happy to let you try them..

All you have to do is tell them what you smoke now..and they will give you the Nicotine strength that is comparable. I started on 2.4 ( they just say 24) and it is very satisfying.

There are so many great videos out there.. and also.. I have no plans to stop Vaping.. I enjoy it.. if I go to a restaurant etc. and no vaping ( stupid rule) I just go to bathroom and take my vapor out.. no biggie. I have reduced my Nic 24..18.. 16..12.. and now down to 6
not on purpose.. I never thought about it.. just did it. So let me know.. think about it.. You could NOT pay me to smoke a cig now.. ugh… I tried my friends because my battery ran out.. tasted awful..

That’s another thing.. always keep extra batters charged.. Good luck..you’ll know when you are ready.. and I wouldn’t advise vaping and then smoking.. go straight vape.. xo baby

Oh Robert. I do have a good sense of humor even though I take things too seriously most of the time. It is why I’m not very good at snark. I try though. I laugh my ass off at the comments here at the Bunker, and often have had to wipe coffee (or whatever else I was drinking at the time) off my laptop screen. I have noticed “screen spraying” is a common phenomenon here. ☺
