As I said a few days ago, when going into a knife fight, bring a big knife.

Its not valuable at all. If this was a building downtown or in Thornton Park, Delaney Park, College Park, or even Baldwin Park (neighborhoods in the City of Orlando tend to be named Whatever Park) in the City itself or in the Cities of Winter Park or Maitland or even out by where the Mormon Temple is in Metro-West it would be somewhat valuable to extremely valuable.

But where it is, nothing around there is worth all that much. Its mostly commercial properties, warehouses and light industry, with a little bit of heavy and high tech industry here and there like Mitsubishi Industrial Power and Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.

That building in particular used to be owned by Darden Restaurants, which has been headquartered in Orlando since the 1970’s. I’m pretty sure it was where the Red Lobster division’s executive offices were before they built their current complex in the mid-2000’s.

Yep. That is why it’s so fun to watch the squirrels and birds do their thing! My son actually is glad I didn’t let him do fb as he considers it lame and for grandparents!
