vivian wasn’t ‘religious’, i have no idea if she even believed in a god…..she forced me to go to church though cuz i was ‘evil’….uh huh….yep….sure am!

what makes me so passionate about scientology is their outright abuse of others who are ‘trapped’ within either the prison of belief or fearful of what will happen to them if/when they escape….i can empathize with being ‘trapped’ as i was trapped until i cut her off…..it was obviously particularly worse when i was a small child….and as i say, no one spoke up for me….so i always try to speak up for others who don’t have a voice, who are scared to speak up, are unable to, etc…..i work on a variety of things, not just scientology…..

i had therapists think vivian was schizophrenic with a variety of personality disorders….i have no idea about that and nothing excuses what happened to me and everyone turning a blind eye…..grrrrrrr…….i don’t think scientology is like my mother….you know the closest ‘thing’ i’ve encountered that WAS just like my mother?? my neighbor from hell across the street who was murdered 4 years ago……they were both born on april 12 too…..i’m sure that’s a coincidence…..but ::shudder:: that woman made my life hell for years…..but i knew i could survive it, cuz i survived vivian! 🙂

It sure sounds like your mom was either related to LRH or a secret Scientologist. That’s probably why you hate the cult so much. It’s just like your mother.

My outlook has been that certain things HAVE to happen in the universe (not quite sure why, but I believe things happen for a reason) and I got placed there cuz I could survive it. I had therapists tell me that if I had had siblings they probably wouldn’t have lived. True, cuz she sure tried to kill me often enough.
