She’s in therapy and her parents are too. Her parents, obviously, have now totally cut off his family. But I’m sure she’ll come out here next year, so we can just get away from it all and she knows I had a horrible childhood and when they lived here I always babysat them and when their parents fought I’d get ’em out of the house. She knows I would have probably castrated that POS myself if I was there too. I would have. When she’s 18 I’ll tell her it was me who got him sent back to jail for 6 months for violating his probation for having a FACEBOOK ACCOUNT! You can report CA probation violators online, I did. Then I reported him AGAIN when she told him he was staying with his parents who LIVE ACROSS FROM A SCHOOL and was lying to his probation officer and told them he lived in the apartment his parents rented. BUSTED!!! He’s on an electronic leash now. I want him BACK in jail and I know he’ll end up back there. THAT is where he needs to go and STAY THERE. He deserves all the beatings and brutality that would be meted out to him!

She KNOWS it’s not her fault!!! I drilled that into her from day one and told her parents to KEEP THAT UP!!! Her ‘grandparents’ TRIED to say it was her fault!!! They went to court for him and claimed it was HER fault!!! Oh hell no!!! They got told off for that, especially when his past conviction against his own daughter was brought up. I hope there’s a hell for those people to go too!!!

Ah ha, daddy’s the Bishop, why doesn’t that surprise me? Since you said it was at a temple, it was probably when the youth come in to do baptisms for the dead. That’s the only time children are in the Temple (aside from parents being Sealed but that’s a one time thing). But, like I said, if they were willing to allow the pig around kids at all who knows what else they allowed? I’m so sorry she, and others, went through that. Bastard should be killed… and his parents, WTF? I hope she does come to stay with you, if only to get out of the same area. We moved to another state to give our child peace of mind. It actually worked wonders combined with intensive therapy. Anyway, I get angry even writing it twenty some years later. Onward.
I hope she finds peace. It’s that damn nagging in their brain telling them, “I should have done this, I should have done that,” that gets them. So heartbreaking.

Whatever passes for Sunday school—-the kids went elsewhere in the temple, he was in charge. He had no male victims, just girls, young girls. Good thing he’s on the other side of the country or I’d be in jail—and i’d have smiled in my mug shot!!! Maybe it was babysitting? I dunno. His dad was a bishop in the church, he kept telling everyone the charges were false—–though he spent 10 years in jail for sodomizing his daughter; then another 3 for raping his niece!! Some one MARRIED HIM in the meantime and she was told by CPS when she was pregnant if she had a baby girl and she did NOT leave him they would immediately remove the child from their custody. They only had boys and she had abortions when pregnant with girls. She eventually divorced him after he raped his niece and moved to the other side of the country. He still attends church every week, yet his brother—who’s daughter he raped—was kicked out by the bishops because HE TURNED IN HIS BROTHER TO THE POLICE. Twisted shit. Since this involves a young girl whom I love very much, I obviously don’t want to say the city/temple location/or the POS’ name as it’s always her last name. But it’s on the sex offender registry for life in California and if you were in that city, you could go to that Mormon temple and see him there.

I don’t believe pedos can be rehabilitated either. If you rape a child, I think you should be in jail for life or executed. Look how the catholic church did that too with molestation—tried to handle it internally. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!! which i think they’re finally trying to do……

Crap! My husband says my reply reads like I was trying to defend the church or claim it wasn’t true. I don’t want to erase it and make it worse but I don’t want it to seem like that either. Your neighbor was full of shit to claim she didn’t know about it! The thing is, family members baptize their dead relatives (or have someone do it for them) so while the baptism of groups like Holocaust victims isn’t happening anymore, if victim 4362 was so and so’s great-great aunt, she gets baptized.
I’m surprised about the sex offender. They’re SO hyper-vigilant about that. Oh just fyi, There is no teaching or Sunday school at the Temples at all, just at the ward, which is where we go on Sundays.
He must of had male victims, too. He wouldn’t be teaching females and if he was under age, he wouldn’t be teaching anyone. It had to be some other activity or something because there’s nothing where a man or boy would be teaching kids or even supervising, visiting, etc. Boys and girls are only together in Nursery and only women (I think I recall couples when I was a kid) teach Nursery. Oh! My husband said maybe he was babysitting during an activity. Sometimes they have babysitting during stuff. Molesters often target both sexes. Sorry I’m thinking out loud here. Anyway, they always find a way.
I asked my husband about it (us lowly women don’t make those decisions) and he said they are strictly forbidden from placing sex offenders in ANY calling so the entire Bishopric should be held responsible. Who knows, if they were willing to break such a huge rule, God knows they wouldn’t give a crap who’s allowed to teach what and who.
! I know of a case here where it was a church Scout Leader who molested several boys and they covered it up for MANY years. One of his victims (now an adult) was in our ward. Churches seem to have a knack for that. I will never understand the “handle it internally” mentality. Just from the child’s side, what about counseling? What about the damage done by the child seeing their abuser not getting punished? Seeing them period? Everyone involved should be punished. Personally I don’t believe offending pedophiles can be rehabilitated. I wrote news for many years and after investigating cases time and time again, I just don’t buy it. The recidivism rate is astronomical.
