I used the german term ‘scheisters’ on purpose because when applying it to individuals who are dishonest, fleecing people or used con-artist type methods to fool people – they are scheisters.
The term ‘shysters’ and spelled this way does not mean the same.
Many words in the german language have more than 1, 2 and more meanings and can be applied to various settings or situations.

Being on staff, even not even sea org, is traumatic. I had the most terrible time of all my life while I was on staff. When I left, after not even a year, I was emotionally and mentally battered and bruised. It took quite some time for me to be myself again. I was a most pitiful me, very low and not altogether “there”. I had to get in touch with myself and who I was all over again.

Not talking about things, is a very $cn thing. Hubbard killed talking and getting things out in the open with his “natter” policy. This caused me many problems. I kept having to sort out when it was matter or when it was an ethics gradient to speak about someone. Now, I say what I like. I don’t got with the natter thing, never really did. I don’t go with the overts and withholds thing. It’s all part of the entrapment. If you don’t like someone, you’ve got overts on them. What bull!

Overts for those who don’t know is a $cn word for misdemeanours, transgressions, crimes; and then you “withhold”, you don’t tell…

Ben, Schwarzenegger is an Austrian ‘person-from-a-place’ kind of name, in this particular case the meaning is ‘someone from Schwarzenegg’. Just like you would refer to a person from Hamburg as a ‘Hamburger’, or a person from New York as a ‘New Yorker’.

The original meaning of the name part ‘Egg’ is ‘ridge, corner’, so ‘Schwarzenegg’ would originally be a place that’s located at or by some dark ridge. There are literally dozens if not hundreds of places called ‘Something-egg’ in Austria (F5)

Juicer, it was quite a big deal to get off the ‘Shore and visit the big city when I was a wee one. Later (college years) I had a boyfriend at Loyola and drove into Balt’mer almost every weekend. The Inner Harbor was newly vamped up and shiny then. We loved hanging out there. It’s been many years now since I’ve visited MD (last there in 2006, I think). I couldn’t recognize my hometown any more. But I will always love the Orioles, the only genuine crabcakes in the world, and Ocean City (Thrasher’s Fries — have you had??). And I have relatives who will put Old Bay on ANYTHING. Best wishes with your UK stay. I’ve only been once (well, England – mostly London and Oxford), and that was long ago. So I am envious.
