You can see that I had to be in the right mood to share..It is painful, but necessary for me to. I am thinking about writing a book about my experience, but every time I start I end up crying.

Thank you so much again for sharing your story. I love the bunker when you are there. I love taking care of my mom, but it leaves me with a lot of down time. I am grateful for the friendships here. You can only read and watch TV so much. Make sure you get a pie for New Years . Eat a whole one just for yourself

You had asked me about my twin.. I love talking about her. Jude died of Brain cancer when she was 58..10 years ago..

For the first 4 years I isolated myself and went into a deep depression. I had lost my heartbeat and the Oxygen had left the room. Drapes were closed as I sobbed her name…

One night I just could not take the pain one more minute and just screamed out ..” God please.. Please take this pain..I can’t live like this..” Jude came to me in my sleep and said..

well actually yelled.. ” GET YOUR ASS OUT OF BED AND DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR LIFE.. ENOUGH.. ”

Well.. I jumped out of bed.. and it’s a long story.. but I was an Artist..I never drew anything in my life.. I never ever held a paint brush in my hand. But I knew I was an artist..

I painted for about maybe ..let’s see 2009-I think 2013.. I painted like a Mad Women. Day and night.. I had like 5 canvases on 5 easels at a time. I was absolutely obsessed. I didn’t know at the time, but I was working through my grief.

I didn’t know the tools that was using..the names.. but I knew exactly knew what to do with them. I had skills that it took artists years to learn how to do. It was absolutely a miracle.

I sold online ( 5 shops) and have been in too many galleries to count. I’m not bragging. I didn’t feel like I painted them..it was beyond me..I just held the brush.

One day I received 10 consignment pieces and said..” I’m Done..” I haven’t picked up a brush since. I came to the Bunker and my long solitude was over.

I have moments of sadness.. but NOT days, months or years.

How I got involved as a critic.. When I was in college.. in the early 70s I had to take anatomy and Kinesiology. We were studying the science of the mind and our Course Work Book was..

” Dianetics..” ugh.. ( Can you imagine that today..) Many in the class signed up with the professor for Scientology.. ( It was a private college) j Thank God I did not.

My best friend’s sister has been in the Cult for years.. like 25 years now.. I have always been fascinated by human behavior. Cult behavior like Scientology interests me because of my history of it during the 70s..
