I grew up in a predominantly mormon town in idaho (think like 97% lds) and these sorts of interventions for kids who were gay or dyed their hair black were common. I went to an LDS ward dance in HS (think a singles mixer for 16 year olds to find their husbands/wives), and was told I was dressed to provocatively and that I would have to wear my coat for the remainder of the dance. I was wearing a shortsleeved turtleneck sweater and a calf length skirt. Fortunately, my friend who I was accompanying thought that was absurd and left with me.

You are certainly welcome. Whatever measure of success I have in taking apart Scientology is a small way I can try to help others to recover from or avoid exploitation and abuse by the cult.

I know his antics are truly absurd. To control people he makes delusion truth and denies observable reality. If it didn’t do such terrible harm Scientology would be the world’s biggest joke.
