DM is obsessed about getting involved in the public education world, especially here in California where his narconon drug education fraud foundered upon being investigated by the California Dept. of Ed in 2004-5. (The multi-page finding is on the California Department of Ed web-site…. punch in “narconon.”) We have quietly blocked other narconon drug education attempts in the years that have followed (world-wide), including in Aug. of 2015 where a naive deputy tried to get narconon drug education (under another name) as part of the Santa Clarita Sheriffs’ Office outreach program to kids.

I too realized the same thing a while back.
It almost is as if the ONLY tech that LRH created was the PTS/SP tech.
It seems to work, but is likely straight out of his quite stuck case.
