Awww. Woke up in the wee morning hours. ~ Had nothing better to do than go back thru weeks of your posts and read your commentary. I knew there was something very familiar about how you express yourself. There is much you have yet to understand T. I would never want to persuade you of anything. Never tried. Life and years more experience will do that for you. Hopefully one day when you are older, and I’m certain …wiser… you will understand things from a different more seasoned perspective. There is something that gets in your way. Judgement. And all derivatives of that word. When one becomes too judgemental of himself or others it obstructs his view of the bigger picture. It keeps him stuck in his own world view and his own opinion is all there is. This will keep you from finding truth like nothing else. If you cannot put yourself in the shoes of another, you will remain one dimensional…and never reach the level of enlightenment you were born to.

You’ve seen things that have crushed you, so it’s safer to be angry and provoke. In your heart and conscience you know you have been hurtful and beyond wrong about someone very important to you.

I have a brother and sister, who don’t like each other. We get X-mas twice. I am learning about her care as I go. If we go to Shelly*S we will bring a commode. Bathroom upstairs, she just cant do. At my brother*s we have dinner and go home. Mom is very easy to care for so I only need relief for chores. I get together for some small parties.I enjoy watching the kids open their presents but usually I am glad when things go back to normal. Everyone turns into a scientologist around x-MAS. Too many joyful intense people. I hope to see you again before Christmas.

Thanks Salin, baby due 18th dec. My sis has to go to a mother and baby unit for 3 months. I hope she does well, family got her back, we love her.

No nuts, here! We’re just doing the usual birthday (ermehgerd, I’ll have a teenager!) too close to Christmas juggle thing. My sibs are too far away and my in-law family is way too, uhm, serious so we keep it simple & joyful.

Do you have relatives helping with caregiving? And holiday activities?

You are so right. There is so much lying in Scientology. That’s probably what makes me the angriest about it when I reflect on my history with the cult. They claim to be so ethical, and they claim to be righteous and they accuse everyone else of lying.

Truth is that Scientologists are constantly lying to themselves, and to each other, in order to give a false perception of happiness. It’s so ridiculous. I’ve experienced true happiness more than once since leaving the cult. You could never fool me again. Perhaps that is a common denominator among Scientologists? None of them know what true happiness feels like, so they think this “wax enthusiastic” bullshit is the real thing.

More importantly, since I know what true happiness feels like, the fake happiness of Scientologists stands in stark contrast. It’s so obvious to me how manic they all are.

It seems to me that Miscavige’s adjustment to the insane conditions which obtain within the inner circle of Scientology is different to Hubbards, but is also an expression of his particular personality disorder.

Miscavige is inanely aggressive. In his environment, this is functional – it keeps him firmly on power. However, living like that must put body and mind under a lot of stress. Because he is so isolated it’s difficult to judge the extent of his rumoured drinking and the effect that might be having on his health.

I wonder whether Miscavige really follows doctrine and denies himself the benefits of scientific medicine or if he hypocritically consults the most expensive doctors in secret. This could have a considerable influence on his longevity.

I must confess I have a weakness for double entendres and puns…the best are inadvertent.

LRH was a piece of work wasn’t he. And hoisted by his own petard at the end. So if his demons were BT’s, maybe Davie’s will be DT’s.

If there is a hell for those who lie to their moms, My siblings and I will join you. We all told her I was there (I was, via Skype; brutal Denver snow store so flights had been cancelled) and “pretended” my daughter was there too(most favored grandchild status). We also told her we would all be okay and it was okay if she wanted to go.

I suspect your care far surpasses the lie – and you do put a sweater on her.
