Aw thanks! I didn’t know that about your screen name – LOVE that! They are such beautiful birds! My hubby hails from Montana and I saw one in person there and was in AWE! I started reading the books when my boys were little & ended up more hooked than they were. Lol – lots of great memories taking them to opening nights of the latest Potter movies so they’ve become a sentimental thing for us too! Now we’re Game of Thrones nuts because we’d started reading those books after the Potter series ended, but as cool as dragons are, I’m still a REAL animal and bird lover so the snowy owl remains my favorite! This! So many people just do not use this resource at all, (let alone other search sites that are less slanted.) I work with several. The next time someone I know calls me to ask for directions, when I know damned well they have an iPhone in their purse or pocket…and you would think a corporation as large as LEGO would have at least one person who could take 2 minutes to vet something that involves publicity.

This is fantastic! Professional, engaging, fair-minded and tough. I especially like the references to other countries where LEGO does business. I completely agree that LEGO needs to re-examine their “without prejudice” policy, which was bound to bite them in the ass at some point anyway.
