If ‘Impact’ is sent from a UK address to a non-member who did not specifically ask for, it counts as direct mail, which is covered.

The ASA’s rules about what they cover are here https://www.asa.org.uk/Consumers/What-we-cover.aspx

It includes some websites and social media, so there is a lot of scope.

Material sent direct from outside of the UK, or websites not hosted by a UK organisation usually escape. However, if the CofS in the UK order leaflets from the US they are liable the moment that they are handed out on the street here.

Any Narconon material that makes specific claims is very vulnerable indeed.
