My understanding is in a deposition everything is fair game. In scope the questioning is not limited. That’s probably why they have fought so hard to keep him from being deposed.

To me it looks like the lawyers for the church of scientology are trying to lawyer their way out of this. They are also trying to muddy the waters so to speak. That was obvious to me as the four cases they cited were delibertly missused and taken out of context. I would love to see what you think about that Mr. Tx Lawyer.
