Great,I feel sharing what helps is important for other people but it is also quite important for the individual it helps to be able to get their thoughts out,their ideas and examine them.Just by writing about them it helps you to sortthem out for yourself.

Interesting. I think a lot of people coming out of the cult are dealing with these symptoms. It’s fascinating and explained a lot to me.
