How could they allow projects like the Super Powers and other high profile buildings languish for decades while fun raising dragged on? Why didn’t, don’t they step up and with the flick of the hand get these buildings built? Surely these would have swelled the flaccid ranks and earned their patrons the chrome Homo Erectus distinction?
