I also tink that the obvious first result of all of Miscavige’s ‘standardizing’ of the so)called ‘tech’ is mucha kin to what standardize-ing did her ein France, (wher euntil recently, yuw er euspposed ot be able to walk into any classroom in any city in France (and the DomTom) and see students at the same grade on the same page intheir book athe same time. Result: No abilty to adapt for higher elvel students and challenge them, or slow down and give confused kids a bit of help. Verboten.

With the CoS, it is even worse: What works about the Hubbard stuff was those first classes and the auditing, chock full of ideas that weren’t his. And why? Becasue really being listened to someone who is not judging you works whether you call it Scientology, Dianetics, Therapy, Psychoanalysis or ‘Fred the Stick’.

When you hear people laud MArty’s aufditing, it is always inthe same terms ‘He really listened to me’, “He paid attention to ME (this is the Scilon secret right there: The Generation of Me! Me! Me!)”, “I felt he really cared, and the questioned seemed tailored to MY CASE”, etc…

Those classes depended enormously onthe personality of the auditors, trainers, whatever. The good teachers (and having run a language school and business training school, I know from where I speak) don’t even ahve to know the material– They get the ‘feeling of it’ adapt to the students, and ‘sell’ the material.

That is all gone now; They are paying attention to the person monitoring their session and that e-metre, trying not to make any ‘error’ that will get them RPF’d or worse… They’d be fools to do otherwise. And left only with the ‘gimmick’ and not the human, improvisatory element, it is DOA.

In his typical draconian, heavy-handed, tin-eared style, Miscavige has succeeded in removing the only thing that worked in the whole damn scam, the thing that hooked the poor Scilons in the first place!

He has taken the bait off the hook, shined a spotlight on its spikes, sharpened it to an evil gleam and invited suckers to bite down HARD (cash up front, please).
