There isn’t going to be a trial. Charges were dismissed in federal court regarding the weapons in their possession. And when the media subsequently made requests for any information in connection to the arrests, the West Allis police department released these tapes. Many news organizations received them. That’s how it works in this country. Now, why we’re the only organization that has made all of the tapes in full available, that’s a better question. But we have every right to make available material released by the police.

Finally listened to all four videos.

These cops are spot on. They have no illusions about the cult even though they have no clue what the hell Scientology is all about.

“..like a drug organization, big guy at the top, filters in between.”
“This whole thing is crazy.”
“What could he [Ron] possibly do that would cause him [David] harm?”
“Is this an organization of paranoia?”
“What happens if Ron is found dead somewhere and someone caused his death intentionally.”
“A father and son would normally communicate with one another conventionally. They apparently do not have that kind of relationship.”
“Are you in the middle of something you are not even aware of?”

This is the last thing in the world that Miscavige would want to go public. He must have busted up someone or something. Also hard not to wonder what has happened to Dwayne & Daniel after this audio aired.
