(((hug))) Thank you for sharing this story of your life. I am hoping that with “Going Clear” my brother will see it and I can get in touch with some of his contacts in his field. There must be a way we can stop this, it is so blatantly wrong. The FBI and others are claiming it is a religious freedom issue and I call bull shit on that excuse. It is slavery and illegal imprisonment.

I lived in religious orders, including a carmelite cloister with grille, fences and all briefly. Never once did anybody ever threaten or stop anybody from leaving. Never did they withhold passports, or belongings from members. They would hold onto important papers if the person wanted them held for protection but could access their papers at any time. So for the FBI as referenced in the NYT interview today, 2Mar2015, to not raid the Hole due religious freedoms is a travesty. Real religious orders and groups are never like Co$ bs.

I am so glad you are free now. Sure life is rough at times but many of us are in that same boat of no money, retirement and wondering how our old age will be. You have done something so great and brave and no one will take that away from you. You, unlike so many, have faced the darkness that can dwell inside us all and decided the light was the only option for life. ( As Hendrix said “I’m the one that’s got to die when its my time to die, so let me live my life the way I want to.”)

May we find someone who can work on getting your story and others out, so others may be freed. Tick Tock Davey.

I tried the Wellbutrin in combo with an old school inhaler and I did quit for aprox 7 mos. I have tried *everything*. With vaping I have hope. I’m already going to taper down my nicotine level the next time I order to see how that goes. For the first time I have hope that I will be able to stop. Different things work for different people and I think this is the one that will do it for me. I am already smoking less with the vape…was from the first day I tried. It has been a blessing for me.
Interesting you were a closet smoker as a kid…I have an image of you crouched in your closet, hiding behind dresses puffing away. Lol. My mom smoked and I *hated* it with a passion…I was a little nuts about it in fact. She was floored when I started in college.
