Yes – what you describe is one of the most despicable scams because it is so blatant.

Interestingly, if one compares L. Ron Hubbard’s bio (pick any one of the 30 or 40 that have been issued) he is an “illegal PC” on multiple grounds, not the least of which is his intelligence training in the Navy.

Add in the fights with his anti-Scientologist son Nibs (making Ron PTS) his constant drug use (as attested by several of his household staff and bodyguards) his routine out-ethics with the IRS and other government agencies and Ron, if dealt with fairly according to the church’s own policies, would NEVER have been allowed services at FLAG.

The other thing going on at Flag is the Illegal PC Scam.

The PC at a Class 5 Org is regged to come to Flag to finish….whatever or do one of their joke of a rundowns. They are given a tech estimate and have to pay Flag before they can go. Upon arrival – alot of waiting …then ethics…more waiting…more waiting,..wait some more. Now it is time to go home…so extend the trip. Then – debit the intensive and go in session.

The auditor does a few set ups and flys the ole ruds. Then… tells the PC that they have to see the MAA again. They are then told they are illegal and can’t have auditing or they have to handle some PTS crap. They are depressed but can’t show it. It is all their fault.

They go home and Flag keeps the money.

If they were deemed illegal – the vulture regges will trap them in a room and get all of the money they just put on account. They will most likely get it too. Happens all the time. SOP in Scientology.
